James deal
Leeds United are closing in on the signature of Daniel James from Swansea City. The Yorkshire Evening Post has reported he has undergone a medical at Thorp Arch, ahead of making the deal official in the hours to come.
Leeds and Swansea have been locked in talks for some time over the player. However, it now appears a compromise has been met.
Leeds are set to sign him on loan until the end of the season. The deal, according to the YEP, will include an obligation to buy him at the end of the season should Leeds get promoted.
The BBC suggests that the loan fee will be worth around £2 million. The eventual permanent deal could be valued at around £10 million.

Johansen goes elsewhere
Leeds United were tentatively linked with a move for Fulham midfielder Stefan Johansen earlier in the month. TEAMtalk suggested he could be a last minute option for the Whites as he had lost his place in the Fulham starting XI.
However, it appears he is joining promotion rivals West Brom. As reported by Sky Sports, the Norwegian is travelling to the West Midlands to finalise a move to the Hawthorns. The deal will be a loan spell until the end of the season.
