A number of Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports claiming that Leeds United want one Reds player in the transfer window.

Neco Williams could well be on the way out of Anfield this summer. The 20-year-old has made 25 appearances for the Reds over the last two seasons.

However, he is keen to secure regular game-time. And thus, he is looking to leave Merseyside during the coming weeks.

A host of clubs are interested in signing the Wales international. According to Goal, Leeds are battling the likes of Wolves and Southampton.

Interestingly, the report adds Liverpool value Williams at just £10 million.

Admittedly, Williams has not always had the easiest time at Anfield. Many fans felt compelled to defend him after one of his displays last season.

And of course, it is not easy for a youngster to provide cover and competition for Trent Alexander-Arnold.

So it is probably little surprise that the reports on his future have divided some of the Liverpool fans on social media.

Some have suggested that they should be asking for a lot more than £10 million.

Others have insisted that he would be a good addition for Leeds. It appears that many believe that he could really benefit from working with Marcelo Bielsa at Elland Road.
