Leeds Untied’s goalkeeper situation is looking unclear going into next season and manager Marcelo Bielsa is set to be left with a big decision on his hands.
Kiko Casilla is his current number one option and has had the gloves since arriving in January from Real Madrid.
His understudy Bailey Peacock-Farrell was in goal for the first half of the season, where individual errors clouded some decent displays.
The 22-year-old has now cast doubt into his future by stating that he needs to be playing for Leeds if he is to stick around next season.
“If I stay at Leeds I’ll be staying at Leeds to play,” the 22-year-old said, as quoted by Yahoo Sport.
If Bielsa can’t give the Northern Ireland international a guarantee over a starting position, it will be intriguing to see what the summer holds for him.

Leeds should start eyeing potential replacement for Peacock-Farrell following his comments and bringing in someone to provide competition for Casilla is one possible approach.
The Yorkshire giants should be tempted to reignite interest in former target David Stockdale at Birmingham City.
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post in June 2018, Leeds were showing an interest in the English shot-stopper after he had been made available.
It is understood that an agreement was never reached due to a difference in wage demands.
But the 33-year-old is about to enter the final year of his deal with Birmingham and was even shipped out on loan this season after slipping down the pecking order.
Stockdale is an experienced goalkeeper with huge Championship experience and has had a taste of football, which is why he would make a smart addition to back-up Casilla next season.
The goalkeeper is also a boyhood Leeds fans after being born in the West Yorkshire city and tempting him back home should be attractive.
