Leeds United are back in the Premier League and already being linked with a host of names in the transfer window, the latest being Bournemouth midfielder, David Brooks.
A report from Bleacher Report this week claimed Leeds had joined the tussle to land the Cherries star.

Previously valued at around £50m back in 2019 (Express), Brooks would no doubt be a welcome signing at Elland Road. Blessed with pace, trickery, and the ability to both score and create goals, one would assume he’d slot right into the fold under Marcelo Bielsa.
And Leeds fans know only too well about the talent Brooks possesses. That is because back in 2017, the Whites were on the receiving end of a piece of magic from Brooks while at Sheffield United.
The young midfielder slotted home late on in a 2-1 win for the Blades that night. The finish from Brooks was that of a man who oozed class.

It was, then, little surprise to see Brooks move away from the Bramall Lane the following summer. Leeds fans, though, will no doubt remember that night and moment well.
Premier League quality to an already gifted attack
There are plenty of pundits and fans out there who think if Brooks would have been fitter this season, Bournemouth might not have been in as much trouble as they ended up in.
He managed just the nine Premier League games, contributing a single goal.
However, it could have been so different. Brooks hit double figures in terms of goal contributions in his first year with Eddie Howe’s men, proving he belonged at the top.
If Leeds can indeed pull this one off, then they’d have some player on their hands.
