A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to urge the Whites to seize an opportunity to make a move for Ryan Kent after watching Rangers suffer defeat in their Champions League qualifier at Ibrox on Tuesday.
Kent is reportedly on Leeds’s radar this summer. Give Me Sport reported last week that Marcelo Bielsa’s side were eyeing a double bid for the winger, as well as Rangers teammate Glen Kamara.

Leeds have been linked with Kent for some time. It was reported by the BBC last summer that the Gers had rejected a £10 million bid.
And some of the Whites fans now feel that they have an ideal opportunity to make a fresh move.
Steven Gerrard’s side went into this season with hopes of reaching the Champions League group-stages after winning the Scottish Premiership last term.

They were paired with Malmo in the most recent qualifying round. And after a late Steven Davis goal in the first-leg, the Gers were given reason for optimism despite taking a 2-1 deficit into the rematch.
It appeared that Rangers may be well on their way to the next round after Alfredo Morelos levelled the tie early on in the second-leg.
The Colombian’s goal came from a delicious cross towards the back post from Kent.
Unfortunately, the Gers could not capitalise. They were beaten 2-1 once again by the Swedish side.
And with Rangers now preparing for another Europa League campaign, some Leeds fans believe that it is the right time to bid for Kent.

It must be a bitter blow to miss out on the Champions League. He has obviously played in the Europa League previously.
And some Leeds supporters want their club to ask the question. If Kent feels he has reached his ceiling at Ibrox, perhaps he may be tempted to consider his future should any significant bids arrive.
With that in mind, here is how some of the Leeds fans reacted to Rangers’s Champions League defeat…
