Leeds United have made it clear to playmaker Samu Saiz that he needs to find a new club before the start of pre-season, according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.
They report that the club and manager Marcelo Bielsa have absolutely no interest in reintegrating Saiz after he departed the club on loan midway through the season, citing homesickness.
His loan switch to Getafe did not work out as planned but despite the fact that the Madrid club do not want to buy him permanently, Saiz reportedly has multiple clubs – both in Spain and elsewhere – interested in him.
The Whites look to have made it clear that anyone who isn’t fully committed to the club is free to leave, and Saiz has no shortage of potential suitors.

Leeds fans took to Twitter to endorse the decision to let Saiz leave following the end of his unsuccessful loan spell. Commitment is key at Elland Road and anyone deemed to have deserted the club at a key time isn’t going to be popular.
There was perhaps an element of revisionism over how good Saiz was for Leeds – he was their talisman last season and could have made the difference in the promotion push if he was fully focused.
Either way, we’ve put together the best of the reaction from the Leeds fans…
