A number of Leeds United supporters took to Twitter to comment on Mateusz Klich’s performance during the Whites’ 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion.
Leeds are now nine points clear of the Championship’s chasing pack. Marcelo Bielsa’s side were behind early on. But the visitors grew into the game at the Hawthorns, and a draw seemed to be a very fair result.

There was perhaps one disappointing moment late on for Leeds. Patrick Bamford was played through at a tight angle and decided to have a shot while Klich was on his own running towards the six-yard box.
Bamford’s effort was saved, and Leeds fans were left wondering whether he should have attempted to cut it back for the midfielder.

But there seems to be little doubt that that was the one disappointment about Klich’s afternoon. Many fans have taken to social media to insist that the Poland international was outstanding against the Baggies.
Klich has faced some criticism for his recent form. But he was excellent on Wednesday. He put in a real shift to help ensure that Leeds were not beaten in the crucial midfield battle. And there was plenty of quality when he was on the ball.
And that has prompted a number of supporters to suggest that Klich was a definite contender for man of the match.
Leeds have a fantastic player on their hands when Klich is on form. And Bielsa will be hoping that his latest display is a sign of what is to come from the 29-year-old.
