Leeds fans react as Spurs reportedly considering Patrick Bamford as Harry Kane replacement

Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford has emerged as a potential addition at Tottenham Hotspur this summer with reports claiming he has been considered by Spurs – and Leeds fans have reacted on Twitter to the reports, with many open to his exit.

Bamford, 27, took his tally to 16 for the campaign on Tuesday night as Leeds continued their excellent form – which has seen Leeds climb into eighth in the league. The Whites are now the most in-form team in the league, in the last 10 games.

The uncapped Englishman’s form has not gone unnoticed. The Athletic recently claimed Liverpool have considered Bamford, while Tottenham are now said to be looking at the Leeds ace – with the Mail naming numerous strikers to replace Kane.

Kane is expected to leave this summer with multiple reports stating that the England skipper wants to finally depart the North London club. Both Manchester clubs are said to be keen on Kane, as are Chelsea – and Bamford is a possible replacement.

Leeds fans are seemingly open to his exit this summer, with many stating how much it would take for them to be open to selling the striker. One fan suggested between £30million and £40million, while others suggested a swap with Son Heung-min.
