Leeds United are reportedly considering a move to raid Fulham for 18-year-old right-back Cody Drameh this summer and could land the teenager for just £400,000 – prompting reaction from plenty of Leeds supporters.

Drameh, 18, is yet to make his professional debut for Fulham but has been a regular in the club’s Under-23 side. Clocking up 39 games for the London club’s second string, he has played 17 times in Premier League 2 this term.

In those 17 matches, England Under-18 international Drameh has played at right-back, centre-back, left-back and right wing – laying on a whopping seven assists. However, he is yet to be given his debut by Scott Parker.

Drameh has entered the final year of his contract and The Telegraph claim Leeds are ready to pay £400,000 for the defender – as well as including a 20% sell-on clause. They have promised Drameh game time.

The Whites do face competition from Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City, according to the report, while TransferMarkt say that Drameh is represented by Colossal Sport Management – as is Raheem Sterling.

Leeds supporters reacted on Twitter to the reported news that their club want to bring Drameh to Elland Road, and many are all for signing the versatile right-back – which could see Drameh come in as back-up to Luke Ayling.
