After a long, gruelling Championship season, Leeds slipped out of the automatic promotion picture over the course of just four days during the Easter weekend.
Defeats against Wigan and Brentford handed Sheffield United the initiative in the race for the top two, and the challenge for Leeds now is to keep their heads with the play-offs looking likely now.
But the next visitors to Elland Road are Aston Villa; themselves set for the top six and on a club-record winning run of ten matches in a row.
So as the Whites seek to get back on track, they need all their top players fit and firing but Kemar Roofe will miss Sunday’s clash, according to Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Phil Hay.

And Leeds fans took to Twitter to react to that injury update, bemoaning more rotten luck but also calling for Ryan Edmondson to get the nod instead.
