Leeds fans rage at ‘garbage’ Jack Harrison after losing to Stoke

Leeds United slipped to a 2-1 defeat against Stoke City on Saturday in the Championship – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter fumed at attacker Jack Harrison.

The Whites were beaten on the road against Stoke and have now lost three of their last four league games.

Marcelo Bielsa’s team were beaten due to second-half goals from Sam Clucas and Joe Allen, despite Ezjgan Alioski replying with a 95th minute consoaltion.

The Yorkshire giants also had Pontus Jansson sent off for a second yellow card and he will now miss the trip to Rotherham United.

Leeds do stay at the top of the league despite losing, but are just a point above of second-placed Norwich City.

A selection of Leeds fans on social media singled out Harrison for criticism after his efforts at the bet365 Stadium.

The winger lasted just 61 minutes before he was substituted off by Bielsa and was unable to make the difference in the final third.

He hasn’t enjoyed the best of times at Elland Road since joining on loan from Manchester City, but continues to earn starts under Bielsa.

Harrison did scored in the previous fixture in the win over Derby County, but he appeared to take a step backwards with a non-existent display against Stoke.
