Leeds United were heavily beaten against Crystal Palace for the second Premier League game in succession – but some of the club’s supporters on Twitter did still find a positive note from the performance of their midfielder Mateusz Klich.
The Whites suffered a 4-1 defeat on Monday at home to Leicester City and they were on the wrong end of a 4-1 scoreline again on Saturday during their trip to Selhurst Park.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side found themselves trailing 3-1 at half-time, but one major talking point was Patrick Bamford’s goal that was ruled out for a suspicious offside and that came just before he did tuck away his seventh goal of the season.
But the Yorkshire giants were caught out by a clinical Palace side that earned the three points and it was a disappointing way to go into the international break.

A selection of Leeds supporters on social media believe that Poland international Klich was a bright spark from the latest defeat.
The 30-year-old central midfielder was back into his more usual box-to-box role and looked much improved from the previous game, as he tried to drive forward for his side and unlock the Palace defence.
He provided an inventive assist for Bamford’s disallowed goal, as well as setting him up for his strike that did stand.
Here are some Whites fans discussing Klich:
