Leeds United fans have joined centre-back, Diego Llorente, in praising 21-year-old defender Pascal Struijk after a string of impressive performances in the Whites first team.
Speaking to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Spanish international waxed lyrical about his defensive teammate and how much he has been impressed with the Netherlands U-21 centre-back, with Struijk featuring heavily for Leeds this season following multiple injuries at the back for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

Struijk made just five appearances in the Championship last season, but in Leeds’ first season back in the English top-flight in over 16 years, the Belgian-born defender has been an ever-present figure for the team, playing 26 times in all competitions this campaign for the Yorkshire side.
And fans on social media have joined Llorente on praising Struijk, with plenty of supporters delighted with how the youngster has developed this season in the Premier League and under Bielsa.
Here’s what some Leeds fans had to say on Twitter about Struijk…
