Leeds fans loved Radrizzani’s response to rumours he could sell the club

The Daily Mail claimed yesterday that Andrea Radrizzani would sell Leeds United in the summer if the Whites fail to gain promotion to the Premier League.

They claimed that Radrizzani has gone all-in on promotion this season and would find it difficult to fund another assault on the top flight.

But the owner has taken to Twitter to deny the rumours that he will sell the club and unsurprisingly the supporters absolutely loved it.

They obviously fancy their side’s chances of getting up this season but if they don’t, it’s reassuring to know that Radrizzani will stick with them and help the club realise their ambitions.

Radrizzani didn’t allow any nerves to set in – silence is often something that raises anxiety in such situations – and the supporters responded with joy.
