Leeds United produced a stunning comeback to beat Millwall 3-2 at Elland Road on Tuesday night after trailing 2-0 at the break – and Whites fans have urged the club to sign Jack Harrison on a permanent basis from Manchester City.
First-half goals from Millwall players Sam Hutchison – unmarked from a corner – and Jed Wallace – a controversial penalty – gave Gary Rowett’s side a commanding half-time lead. But Leeds were not down and out, and came out roaring.
Patrick Bamford scored instantly after the half-time whistle, tapping in from a corner after Harrison’s effort was saved. Pablo Hernandez’s deflected effort saw Leeds equalise just after the hour mark.

With new signing Jean-Kevin Augustin in the stands, Bamford seemingly had the bit between his teeth and he scored the winner to secure three points with an excellent diving header. He was excellent throughout, but was not the only one.
Mateusz Klich, Pablo Hernandez, Helder Costa and Ben White all starred in the second half – but 23-year-old Harrison hardly put a foot wrong. Tenacious, strong, creative, the Manchester City star was on fire for Leeds down the left flank.
The Manchester Evening News claim Leeds can sign Harrison – who earns £51k-a-week (Spotrac) – for a bargain £8million and Whites fans have urged the club to complete a permanent deal, following his effort against Millwall.
