Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing forward Rodrigo Moreno from Spanish top-flight club Valencia – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter have given an extremely positive response to the latest speculation.

Sky Italy journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has claimed on his official website that the Whites have the 29-year-old on their transfer radar for this summer window.

It is understood the Yorkshire giants are looking at him as a possible first-choice option for the new Premier League season, which they kickstart away to defending champions Liverpool in September.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail have since added hat he is valued at around £30million, but that Valencia could compromise if a reasonable offer comes in for him.

Rodrigo is a highly-rated striker that only played 34 games across all competitions last season due to some injuries, but he still weighed in with seven goals and 11 assists.

The Spaniard has experience on both the international stage and in the Champions League, which is why the left-footed ace would be ideal competition alongside Patrick Bamford in the upcoming campaign.

He has a great work-rate and ability to link up play, something which looks like a perfect match for the system Leeds boss uses at Elland Road.

A selection of Leeds supporters on social media are convinced the new reported target is the type of player that would work well under Bielsa.
