Leeds United attacker Rodrigo has been named on the bench for Saturday’s Premier League fixture away to Everton – and some of the club’s fans on Twitter are extremely frustrated with the decision.

The Whites face Everton at 5:30pm today at Goodison Park and will be desperate for a win, as they’ve picked up just one point from their last three league games.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side have won three games this season so far in the league and two of them have come on the road, something they will be hoping to do on their trip to Merseyside.

A selection of Leeds supporters on social media are frustrated that Spaniard Rodrigo is only on the bench.

The 29-year-old left-footer returned from a spell out of isolation by making a 20-minute cameo in the draw against Arsenal on Monday night and it appears like he’s still working his way up to full fitness, something which is key given the high intensity that his team play at.

Despite being the club’s record signing and a real creator in the XI, manager Bielsa has left him out from the start against Everton and he will hoping for another impact from the bench.
