Leeds Untied are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal attacker Eddie Nketiah – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are excited by the speculation.
According to Leeds Live, the Whites are considering the 20-year-old as a potential late signing in the summer window, while Liverpool’s Ryan Kent is also a target.
The report details that the centre-forward is set to be loaned out by Premier League outfit Arsenal and there are dozens of interested clubs.
Sky Sports also reports that Leeds and Bristol City are in talks about loan deals for Nketiah.
Nketiah is a highly-rated talent at the Emirates Stadium that has had a taste of senior football and could now be set for his first loan.
The English striker has three goals in his 19 first-team Arsenal appearances, while he’s impressed during this summer’s pre-season tour.
Leeds could do with some forward reinforcements in the Championship this season, as Patrick Bamford needs competition and help to help fire a promotion bid.
Nketiah is someone with raw pace and ability, who would surely be a goal machine if given a shot at Championship level.

A selection of Leeds supporters on social media are convinced that Nketiah is the right target for them and feels a swoop is a no-brainer.
Some are convinced he would fit nicely into the attacking system of manager Marcelo Bielsa and be a success at Elland Road.
