Leeds fans discuss PSV star's £20m price tag, with Orta reportedly keen on move
Leeds have learnt how much they need to pay to sign PSV Eindhoven’s English attacker Noni Madueke this summer. Back in March, the Evening Standard reported that Leeds were keeping tabs on Madueke. Now, a report claims PSV want £20million – and Leeds fans think a deal should be done.
Madueke, 19, has caught the eye of Premier League clubs in recent weeks and months after a brilliant 2020-21 season with PSV. Breaking into the Dutch side the season beforehand, Madueke played 32 times last term. He was involved in 17 goals, scoring nine and creating eight.
What are Leeds fans saying about Madueke and his price tag?
The Sun claims that both Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace and Brendan Rodgers at Leicester City are keen on the ex-Tottenham man. Madueke left the North London club to join PSV as a 16-year-old back in the summer of 2018. Even Spurs fans are tempted by his reported price tag.
Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to discuss Madueke and the fee it would take for PSV to consider cashing in. The Whites could do with cover for Jack Harrison and Raphinha, with Helder Costa linked with Valencia. Leeds fans think a potential move for Madueke would be a good bit of business.
