Leeds produced an excellent performance to see off the challenge of Crystal Palace at Elland Road and win 2-0 thanks to goals from Jack Harrison and Patrick Bamford – and Whites fans have discussed Mateusz Klich on Twitter.
The Whites came into the match having won four out of their last seven Premier League games – losing to Brighton, Tottenham and Everton but beating Leicester, Newcastle, Burnley and West Brom. They made it five from eight.
It got underway inside three minutes, as Harrison’s stinging effort flicked into the back of the net off a Palace defender – leaving Vicente Guaita with little chance. Patrick Bamford got his 12th goal of the season in the second 45.

Strengthening his claim for a place in the Euro 2021 squad, Bamford finished well without controlling after Raphinha’s effort was saved. Harrison had the chance to make it three, but pinged an effort off the bar.
A comfortable performance with Palace hardly ever troubling, clearly missing Wilf Zaha. Klich, 30, had been dropped after the defeat to Brighton – being used as a sub in the next two games, before starting against Everton.
Leeds fans discussed the Poland international’s performance, and many think it was his best game for the Yorkshire side in a while – having dropped off from the kind of form that has made him a mainstay under Bielsa.
