Leeds United produced a five-star performance to inflict Sam Allardyce’s worst ever Premier League defeat at home throughout his career on Tuesday night – and Whites fans have discussed Mateusz Klich’s performance.
Leeds came into the game with their tails up after beating Burnley 1-0 at Elland Road, though the Baggies were also confident having stolen a point against Liverpool over the weekend. But Leeds were dominant from start to finish.
They were given a helping hand, as Romaine Sawyers back pass trickled into the net. Gjanni ALioski made it two with a pile-driver, before neat work between Patrick Bamford and Jack Harrison saw the latter net a third.

Four came before half-time. Klich, 30, laid on his fifth Premier League assist of the season with an inch-perfect pass to Rodrigo who saw his effort deflected into the goal. Raphinha scored the pick of the goals in the second half.
One negative from an otherwise supremely positive night was that Klich went off after 58 minutes with what seemed to be an injury – being replaced by Jamie Shackleton, who impressed in place of the Poland international.
Leeds fans discussed Klich’s efforts – as he took his overall goal involvement to seven in 16 Premier League games. Many, though, feel the injury is a blessing in disguise for the 30-time Poland cap – as he may need a rest.
