Leeds fans ‘buzzing’ about Kemar Roofe return to fitness for Birmingham
Leeds United’s Kemar Roofe will be back in the first-team squad at the weekend against Birmingham – and many of the club’s supporters are delighted about the update on the player.
The 26-year-old has not played since 13 February due to an injury and has had to watch on from the sidelines while the promotion race unfolds.
Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed (Yorkshire Evening Post) that the centre-forward is “healthy” and detailed that he will be in the senior squad on Saturday for the home fixture with Birmingham.
Roofe has been a vital player for the Whites this season, scoring 14 goals in just 26 league games.
The English attacker will be looking to play his role in the final seven games of the season, as Leeds look to retain their second-placed position in the Championship table to earn automatic promotion.

A selection of Leeds fans on social media want to welcome him straight back into the XI, which would mean that either Patrick Bamford or Tyler Roberts would be at risk of potentially losing their spots.
Bielsa has big decisions to make with his team against Birmingham, but it will be a delight that his star striker is now back in contention once again.
Here are some of the Leeds fan comments on Roofe:
