Marcelo Bielsa has suggested, in comments reported by Leeds Live, that Adam Forshaw will miss Leeds United’s clash with West Brom on Tuesday due to injury.
Forshaw has recently endured a difficult time after an outstanding start to the campaign. He was an ever-present before the international break, but missed the win at Barnsley and the draw with Derby.

The 27-year-old was back in the squad at the weekend and came off the bench for the defeat against Charlton. But Bielsa confirmed ahead of Tuesday’s game with the Championship leaders that Forshaw is set to miss the contest having not properly recovered from the previous problem.
“Probably Pablo and Adam are not going to be in the group,” he said, as reported by Leeds Live, when asked about current injuries within the squad.

“The last match before the international break, he had a little problem and he cannot solve it,” he added, when asked about Forshaw’s situation.
It is a big blow to lose Forshaw. The midfielder has been criticised during his time at Leeds. But his form at the start of this season has been incredibly impressive.
Jamie Shackleton has done well in his absence. But not having Forshaw, as well as Pablo Hernandez available, is a real setback.
And it is arguably worrying that it is the same problem that had ruled Forshaw out previously. The last thing Leeds need, especially after last season, is for a key player to be plagued by an injury that he struggles to fully shake off.
The Whites will certainly be hoping that missing tomorrow’s game and perhaps Millwall at the weekend will help ensure that Forshaw is back to full fitness when the season resumes after the international break.
