Of course, before any Leeds fans get too angry, their star player Stuart Dallas should still have plenty of years left in the tank at Elland Road.
The 29-year-old has been near-faultless under manager Marcelo Bielsa, and the way he’s adapted to the Premier League has been admirable this campaign.
But it’s worth pointing out that long-term trying to find a replacement for Dallas is going to be such a gigantic task. He’s played so many positions that it’s hard to keep track of his best role.
The Northern Ireland international is currently excelling as a central midfielder, but at the same time he’s also been effective as a left-back, right-back and winger at certain points of his Leeds career.
If you were looking for the most versatile man in the Premier League, look no further than Dallas.
One player that is built very much in the same mould as him though is Ainsley Maitland-Niles, who is a £35,000-a-week (Spotrac) ace currently on loan from Arsenal at West Brom.
According to the Mirror, Leeds are interested in the 23-year-old as a potential target.
The report adds that there is also interest from Crystal Palace and Monaco.

Maitland-Niles, who has five senior international England caps to his name, is somebody that could do a job at Leeds as being cover for numerous role.
Right now, the Arsenal academy prospect is looking the part as the central midfielder in the West Brom XI.
Similarly to Dallas though, he’s shown in his career he can be a success in either full-back position or on the wings.
Marcelo Bielsa’s system at Leeds demands that players are interchangeable in systems and being able to play a number of positions is such an advantage over him, which is why Maitland-Niles seems like a dream target.
