Kyle Walker believes this current Manchester City side is one of the greatest in the history of English football ahead the UEFA Champions League final.
Speaking to the Telegraph, the England international spoke about how this City team will be looked back as one of the best the Premier League has ever seen.

Pep Guardiola’s side have won both the Premier League and League Cup this season. And a third honour could be added to that list this weekend if City win the UEFA Champions League final.
‘One of the greatest English teams of all-time’
The Manchester club were by far and away the best team in England this campaign. The Cityzens had the league title wrapped up with games to spare, and Walker believes history will remember this side as one of the greatest of all time.

The former Tottenham star said: “I think when I finish playing football, hopefully in a long time to come, I will probably look back and say I was a part of that.
“But now, where I’m just in the mode and it’s just become the normal. We’re winning, competing and playing well in all trophies and competitions, it’s not really sunk in.

“But when I look back at my career, I’d like to think that we would be… I think legends is a bit too far, but one of the greatest English teams of all-time.”
Champions League final glory will secure legendary status for City
The £110,000-a-week City defender is right to believe that this Guardiola team is one of the greatest in English history. And the Manchester giants can write themselves further into the record books if they win on Saturday against Chelsea.

It will be the first European final City ever compete in, and glory in one of the biggest club fixtures in football will secure the Cityzen’s status as a legendary team in the history of English football.
