Rangers are poised to welcome back Ryan Kent and Borna Barisic to their first-team.
Kent has been recovering from a hamstring injury picked up before the Gers’ Europa League clash with Spartak Moscow, while Barisic has been sidelined since the end of September with a troublesome calf injury.

As confirmed by Steven Gerrard via the club’s official website, Kent is due to return within two weeks, which is a major boost for the Scottish giants.
Kent has been a standout performer while on loan from Liverpool, and his threat from the left is undeniable.
Barisic should return sooner than the Englishman, which will be a huge boost for the team.
Kent and Barisic will provide attacking threat
It’s a big double injury boost for Rangers.

Barisic’s return in partiular is great news, because left back has been something of a weak spot in the side since the Croatian’s injury.
Jon Flanagan is a right back by trade and doesn’t look all that comfortable deputising, and Andy Halliday is also not a natural left back.
Barisic showed early signs of being a good attacking outlet down the left, and he and Kent can seriously hurt teams down that left side.

Kent tends to come inside often being right-footed, which creates space for the attack-minded Barisic to overlap.
Once the pair are back in the side, the Rangers’ left flank will improve substantially.
