Newcastle United winger probably shouldn’t be talking about returning to parent club Chelsea.
The Brazilian is on loan at St. James’ Park, and has made a disappointing start to the new season.
Many things were expected of Kenedy in 2018/19 following his relatively successful stint on loan at the club in 2018.

But fives games in and the forward’s confidence appears to have been shattered.
On the opening day against Tottenham Hotspur he missed a golden chance to score.
He then missed a last-gasp penalty against Cardiff City which would have handed the Magpies their first win.
He couldn’t feature against Chelsea, and then disappointed against Nottingham Forest and Manchester City.
So it’s been a pretty rocky start for the promising former Fluminense star, and he isn’t going to help himself by talking about returning to the Blues when playing so poorly.
‘I have a dream to return’
Kenedy said, as quoted by the Sun: “I hope this year I can make a good season for Newcastle and go back to Chelsea to continue.

“I have a dream to return and to be a champion for the club.”
Kenedy should probably have stopped after his mention of Newcastle.
A slap in the face for the Geordies?
Kenedy probably hasn’t fully thought about how his words will come across to the Newcastle faithful.
He is playing really badly at present; the last thing fans want to hear is a loan player talking about how they want to return to their parent club.
Supporters rock up every week to cheer on their side, hoping that the players will give everything for them.

Hoping that all those highly paid stars will stand up to be counted for and reward their loyal support by showing some heart and passion
For Kenedy to seemingly rule out a permanent switch to Newcastle while in a bad rut suggests his heart isn’t fully in it.
And to Newcastle fans, that really is the ultimate crime.
