Kemar Roofe can be central to Marcelo Bielsa dynasty at Leeds
Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa can help build his dynasty at Elland Road by securing the long-term future of attacker Kemar Roofe.
According to the Daily Mirror, the Whites will open contract talks with their player about a new deal in the New Year and want to extend his stay beyond 2020.
The report details that the 25-year-old wants parity with the club’s top earners at Elland Road due to his importance to the Yorkshire giants.
Leeds should do whatever it takes to keep the centre-forward around and he can be crucial moving forward.
The speed machine has scored 10 goals in 16 games across all competitions already this season and helped his team up to second in the Championship table, with many now dreaming of a return to the top flight.

Roofe has been a talisman in Bielsa’s side with his tireless work-rate at the point of attack and his deadly finishing around the penalty area.
The English striker has made the step up from League Two to the Championship relatively comfortably in recent years and there is no reason he couldn’t do the same in the Premier League.
He ticks all the boxes with his style to continue being the first-choice striker under Bielsa and the pair are a match made in heaven.
Bielsa will go down as a fan favourite if he can secure Leeds’ return to the Premier League after a long wait and Roofe is essential to that dream.
