Newcastle are interested in signing Italian wonderkid Moise Kean this month.
As reported by The Chronicle, the Magpies have spoken with their contacts over in Serie A and talks with the player’s club Juventus have also taken place.
Apparently Kean has been heavily scouted in the lead up to the January transfer window – ‘more than a dozen times’ to be precise.

It is understood that the Italian giants would be willing to loan out Kean, who has emerged as one of Europe’s hottest prospects after an impressive loan spell with Verona in 2017/18.
The striker made 20 appearances for the club and scored four goals. For Juventus, he’s made eight appearances and scored twice.
Kean would get bums off seats
Newcastle would be making an exciting signing if they managed to get Kean in this month.
Still only 18, Kean is raw but very talented.
He is a flair player who has the ability to wow crowds when he is in full flow.
His potential is vast, and he could genuinely be the most exciting signing for the club since Hatem Ben Arfa.

The Frenchman used to get the Magpies faithful out of their chairs on a weekly basis with his flamboyant style and arsenal of tricks.
Kean, while a lot younger than Ben Arfa was when he joined the club, has the potential to do the same.
