Kane being looked at by Real Madrid in case Haaland and Mbappe moves fail
Tottenham’s Harry Kane is being lined up as a backup option for Real Madrid.
The Tottenham and England man is one of the world’s best goalscorers.
However, he’s not the first name on Real Madrid’s list of ideal signings.
No, the Spanish club are eyeing up both Erling Halaand and Kylian Mbappe.
They have Kane down as one of the potential options should neither of those two come off.
That is, at least, according to Defensa Central.
This is news that won’t go down well with Tottenham fans.
Whilst they’ll be pleased that Los Blancos aren’t making Kane their number one choice, they’d rather these links didn’t exist.
Kane has proven to be a world beater and one of the best players on the planet.

His goalscoring has done every thing for Spurs bar winning a silverware.
Individual awards and records at both club and international level have come his way and he deserves every bit of praise he gets.
Despite all of that, he’s not been at his best this season.
That’s most likely owing to the Manchester City interest in him over the summer just gone.
Given how his football has suffered owing to that saga, the last thing Spurs need is another Kane saga.
The 28-year-old is at his best when he can focus solely on his football.
That’s been clear as he’s breezed to over 200 goals for Tottenham.
For that number to keep getting bigger, Spurs supporters will want to see less of these stories surfacing.
Unfortunately, the better that Kane performs the more of these links pop up.
Even so, the fans would love to see Kane back amongst the goals this weekend as Spurs travel to face Newcastle.
