Samuel Iling-Junior is reportedly keen on a Premier League move in January having recently been linked with a move to Tottenham.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, the England youth international is open to returning home in 2024, with Tottenham being strongly linked with a move for Iling-Junior this week.

Lauded by Juventus’ U-19 coach as an ‘excellent’ prospect, Iling-Junior is regarded as one of England’s most exciting youngsters having made a name for himself in Italy with the Serie A giants.

However, a return to the Premier League having left Chelsea as a teenager could now be on the cards, with Tottenham in the driving seat for the winger’s signature.

Indeed, Iling-Junior would fit what the north London side are looking for in January, with the versatile winger an excellent fit for a top Premier League side looking for some depth.

And under Ange Postecoglou, Iling-Junior could hit unbelievable new heights, with the Tottenham boss proving to be a coach who can get the best out of young players.

Having made a risk to leave Chelsea for Juventus, Iling-Junior has more than warranted a return back home, with the forward becoming a regular for the Italian giants in the last two seasons.

And Tottenham could be the ideal club for Iling-Junior, though regular minutes could be an issue with Spurs not competing in Europe and already out of the League Cup.

Yet given how highly rated Iling-Junior is, there’s every chance that the forward can push himself into Postecoglou’s first-team plans.

Moreover, with competition not as stiff as it has been in previous years, Iling-Junior can make a real statement by asserting himself in north London, something fans will love to see.
