Serie A side, Juventus topped Champion’s League winner Bayern Munich for top spot in payroll.
The Italian squad topped the payroll charts in last year Champions League netting over €65m according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
Bayern netted €55m, with Borussia Dortmund making €54.2m and Milan €51.4m.
Real Madrid {€48.4m}
Barcelona {45.5m}
Paris Saint-Germain {€44.7m}
Manchester United {€35.6m}
Arsenal {€31.4m}
The scudetto champions along with Milan are combined to have made over €115m, through TV rights market pool.
Juventus and Milan also had advantaged given that Italy had only two teams in Champions League.
With Juventus adding Tevez along with many other players, I’d expect them to make good progess in the competition next season, along with Milan, who will now have Mario Balotelli available, considering he was cup tied last campaign.
Both teams will make a run again and who wouldn’t want to see an all Italian final, I know I would.
