Juventus fans react as report claims Everton will make Merih Demiral bid

A number of Juventus fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from Calciomercato this week claiming that an offer from Everton for Merih Demiral is coming.

Demiral has endured a difficult couple of years with the Old Lady. His time in Turin has been plagued by a few significant injuries.

When he has played, he has often looked hugely impressive. And it appears that Everton are considering taking a gamble on the 23-year-old.

According to Calciomercato, the Toffees are set to make an offer for the Turkey international. It is claimed that the bid could be up to £26 million (€30 million).

The report notes that Juve are set to demand more for Demiral. The centre-back meanwhile, is reportedly planning to delay a decision on his future until after the European Championships.

The report appears to have divided many of the Juventus fans on social media. Some believe that this summer is the right time to sell.

They are not sure that he is going to realise his full potential, and thus, they should take the opportunity to let him go.
