Scott Sinclair scored a hat-trick for Celtic yesterday to guide them to a Boxing Day victory.
The 29-year-old’s treble helped Celtic pick up a 4-3 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie.
And the goals were Sinclair’s 50th, 51st and 52nd of his Celtic career, making them even more special.
The victory pulled Celtic three points clear of rivals Rangers ahead of the upcoming Old Firm derby clash at Ibrox.
In a roller-coaster of a game, Celtic twice surrendered the lead and the match was poised at 2-2 when Aberdeen equalised from the spot with seven minutes remaining.
But Odsonne Edouard returned from injury with a goal and Sinclair then extended Celtic’s lead to 4-2 towards the end.

Lewis Ferguson picked up a late goal to make it a nervy finish for the Bhoys, but they held on to complete a 4-3 victory.
Sinclair has often been criticised this season for inconsistent performances but he hit top form on Boxing Day.
Celtic fans are hoping he can replicate those goods when they face Rangers in a much-anticipated derby clash this Saturday.
