Tottenham Hotspur’s attack has been deemed “unbelievable” by Michail Antonio, with Spurs trio Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Lucas Moura coming in for praise, in conversation with the ITV Football Show.
Spurs have been in rampant goalscoring form this season, with three or more goals scored by Jose Mourinho’s side in six of their competitive games this term.
Kane’s tally currently reads a staggering 10 goals and 9 assists from 10 competitive games, while Son has also shone with a huge 10 goals and 4 assists from 9 competitive appearances.
Lucas has also done his bit for Tottenham with 3 goals and 1 assist from 11 appearances, and West Ham ace Antonio was in awe of just how prolific the Spurs front line has been.
The Hammers forward was in action against Spurs in North London two weeks ago, when the hosts raced into a three-goal lead, only for the East Londoners to surge back for a 3-3 draw.
“Going forward they are unbelievable,” Antonio told the ITV Football Show. “Harry Kane and Son partnership, it’s just ridiculous. They just have that chemistry and it’s coming off for them perfectly.
“They have even got Moura. He is decent. I rate Moura aswell. So, going forward, they are quality. Obviously, they have to keep Harry Kane fit. They are going to have an exciting season those two.”
In terms of attack, Spurs are absolutely sensational, in particular Kane and Son, whose understanding on the pitch is second to none, while the likes of Moura remain key options for Mourinho who can deal plenty of damage.
With Gareth Bale now also in contention and working his way to full match fitness, Tottenham could become even more prolific, and with more work on the defence, they could be a force to be reckoned with this season.
