Jurgen Klopp will call exciting 16-year-old Liverpool attacker into first-team training next week
Kaide Gordon will be part of a clutch of Liverpool youngsters in first-team training over pre-season, the club’s official website has confirmed.
Liverpool are set to travel to Austria for a training camp on July 12th, and Jurgen Klopp seems to be keen to look at the best up and coming talents at Anfield.
Gordon has now been named as part of the travelling squad, with the 16-year-old set to be one of the youngest members of Liverpool’s training team.
Gordon only joined Liverpool from Derby County in January, but he has quickly made an impressive.

The forward scored prolifically for the Reds’ under-23 side after signing, with big expectations for his future starting to emerge.
Gordon will now have a chance to show Jurgen Klopp his talents first-hand in Liverpool’s senior training.
The other youngsters
The Reds are also taking youngsters Harvey Elliott, Jake Cain, Leighton Clarkson, Marcelo Pitaluga, Harvey Davies, Billy Koumetio, Owen Beck, Kaide Gordon, Mateusz Musialowski, Tyler Morton, Conor Bradley with them to Austria.
Of those with the biggest first-team chances – Musialowski, Gordon, Elliott and Koumetio appear to be particularly highly rated.
Koumetio was actually part of Liverpool’s pre-season tour last season too, and Klopp waxed lyrical about the central defender at that time.
