Juan Foyth’s agent has told Italian outlet Passione Inter that the Tottenham Hotspur defender would be open to joining Antonio Conte’s Inter Milan side in the coming months – with the Argentine seemingly out of favour at Spurs.
Foyth, 22, has started just one Premier League match since the arrival of Jose Mourinho back in November, which saw the Argentina international hooked at half-time during a 2-2 draw against Norwich City.
It is plainly obvious that Mourinho does not fancy Foyth. Argentine website El Dia now claim that his exit is ‘practically a fact’, with Barcelona touted as possibly looking to take him to Spain – while Marcelo Bielsa wants him at Leeds United.
However, Claudio Curti has thrown another possible move into the mix. Curti confirmed Inter wanted to sign Foyth from Estudiantes before Spurs in 2017, and while they are not interested now, Foyth would entertain a move to Inter.
“Yes, Inter looked at him before he signed for Tottenham [in 2017],” Curti said. “Currently, Inter are not interested. If there is any interest in the future, we will listen. Juan can play at a club as big as Inter. He has the personality, technical qualities.”

TBR’s view – Inter Milan would be a brilliant move for Foyth
Not only would Foyth learn under the likes od Diego Godin and Milan Skriniar, but the Argentine would also fine tune his defensive qualities under the guidance of one of the best defensive managers in European football – Conte.
With Tottenham likely to accept any decent offers from Foyth, Inter could land one of the best deals of the summer window in the form of Foyth – with the potential there to go on and become the complete centre-back.
