The Youri Tielemans to Arsenal transfer saga has been dragging on for quite a while now.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Leicester City ace for most of the summer.
And while it looks as though Arsenal are certainly keen on Tielemans, they’re yet to bid for him.

Indeed, Leicester chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha recently claimed he hadn’t received any offers for Tielemans.
“It’s nothing. There haven’t been any offers yet,” The Mirror quotes him as saying about the £30million-rated man.
“There hasn’t been anything concrete or a proposition yet.”
But according to Dean Jones, Arsenal are still considering making a late bid for Tielemans.
“It is clear”
The transfer insider, speaking to The Done Deal Show on Monday, said he had liaised with two sources on the matter.
“Tielemans has been linked with Arsenal and United for months, but there’s been literally no movement on that,” said Jones.
“The player hasn’t kicked up much of a fuss.
“Now, I checked this yesterday because Arsenal fans were chanting at Tielemans.
“I spoke to someone last night who is well-connected there and they are still plotting a potential late move for Tielemans on this window.
“This is dependent on a couple of factors.
“I’m told there are two outstanding issues that they’re exploring in their current squad, and the outcome of those issues will dictate whether they go ahead and bid for Tielemans.
“That needs to be cleared up pretty quickly, but speaking to one person yesterday and one person today to double check this, it is clear that Tielemans is still a player Arsenal are considering a late bid for.”

Tielemans is an ‘incredible‘ midfielder who would certainly improve the Gunners, or any other Premier League team.
But bizarrely, Arsenal – or indeed any other suitors – haven’t made a bid yet.
It could just be a case of Tielemans having just one year left on his contract, along with his apparent desire to join another club.
There’s still a few weeks left in the transfer window, so maybe we’ll start seeing concrete approaches closer to the deadline.
