Josh Onomah has posted on Instagram after the midfielder ended his Tottenham Hotspur stay by completing a permanent move to Championship side Fulham – as part of the deal that saw Ryan Sessegnon join Spurs.
Tottenham completed a move to sign 19-year-old winger Sessegnon with just minutes remaining on deadline day, agreeing a £25million fee up front as well as £5million in add-ons (BBC Sport) and Onomah going to Fulham.
Fulham manager Scott Parker has a strong allegiance with Spurs, following his time there as a player and as a youth coach last season. He agreed to sell Sessegnon for very good money, as well as bringing in Onomah.
It sees 22-year-old Onomah leave, 14 years after first joining and he posted an emotional message on Instagram. Indeed, he thanked Spurs for his time at the club, with a photo alongside ex-Spurs striker Dimitar Berbatov.

The move finally sees England Under-21 international Sessegnon move to north London. The player has been linked with Mauricio Pochettino’s side since he first starred in Fulham’s promotion campaign of 2017-18.
Though a difficult season in the Premier League followed as Fulham were relegated, Sessegnon was still wanted at Spurs and he has finally got his move. He replied to Onomah’s Instagram, as did Georges-Kevin N’Koudou.
