Liverpool have been linked with Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr this summer and the club’s ex-player Jose Enqirue has suggested he would be a brilliant signing for the Reds.
The 22-year-old winger has had plenty of speculation surrounding his future this summer, the latest a Daily Mail report that stated Watford want in excess of £50million for him amid Liverpool interest.
Sarr is currently at Championship club Watford following their relegation last season from the Premier League, but showed he’s got plenty of top-flight quality and has massive potential to be a future star.
The Senegal international managed six goals and six assists last season for Watford in 30 games across all competitions and he’s a speed machine that is a nightmare for defenders with his quick dribbling.
Enrique has stated on social media Liverpool are certain to defend their Premier League crown if they manage to sign Sarr.
“If we sign him as well just give us the premier league title and like this we don’t make other teams and fans from other teams suffer,” he wrote on his official Instagram account.

TBR’s View:
Sarr is a player that should be playing Premier League football in the new season, but whether a club is willing to splash out big money on the youngster remains to be seen.
He would add some extra firepower and cover in the forward areas if Liverpool did sign him, but Jurgen Klopp’s team have strengthened in that area significantly the the addition of Diogo Jota from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Liverpool are going to find it difficult signing a player that walks into their famous front three of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, but they need cover if they want to compete on all fronts this season.
