Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah has seemingly opened the door to a Premier League move – which may put the likes of West Ham United and Arsenal on alert.
The German centre-back is keen to play at the highest level, and believes he would be a good fit in the English top-flight.
Tah is currently struggling for minutes in the Bundesliga having made just five appearances so far.

He’s mainly featured in the Europa League, with Sven Bender and Edmond Tapsoba generally the more preferred pairing for manager Peter Bosz.
Speaking to Goal, he said: “The Premier League appeals to me, it has always been like that. I always had the feeling that my style of play would suit England well.
“The physicality of the league and the need to think quickly are qualities that suit my game. Opinions differ as to which league is the best in the world – for me it’s the Premier League.”
West Ham were recently reported by the Daily Mail to have made an enquiry for Tah while Arsenal were linked to the 24-year-old in early 2020 (Bild).
TBR’s View – Tah’s come-and-get-me plea
One wonders if Tah’s comments are designed to spring suitors into action.

Being down in the pecking order at Bayer may not be sitting too well with him, and it could be a chance for West Ham or Arsenal to strike.
Arsenal have a plethora of centre-backs at the moment and may want to strengthen other areas first, so it could be an opportunity for West Ham, who only have Fabian Balbuena, Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell and Issa Diop.
