Joe Hart has posted a three-word verdict on his Instagram story as Tottenham Hotspur produced an excellent 2-0 away win over Aston Villa – but this time, he has got it right, following on from Thursday night’s post.

The back-up Tottenham goalkeeper watched on from the sidelines on Thursday night as Spurs suffered a 3-0 defeat to Dinamo Zagreb and an exit from the Europa League, to the shock of many. But Hart’s Instagram read different.

Indeed, he posted “great job” following the 3-0 defeat. Hart later took to his Instagram story to confirm that his media team made a mistake after the loss, believing it was a 3-0 win instead of a defeat – and apologised profusely.

The ill-feeling at Spurs was at its greatest going into Sunday’s clash with Villa, having lost a North London derby to Arsenal and then exiting the Europa League – compounded by the former England goalkeeper’s post on social media.

But goals from Carlos Vinicius and Harry Kane saw Spurs enter the international break with all three points, beating Villa at Villa Park. Jose Mourinho started both Kane and Vinicius, and made changes in defence – surprising Villa.

Hart, who remained an unused substitute as Hugo Lloris kept a clean sheet, got it right this time around on his Instagram story – posting a three-word verdict following the comfortable victory in the Midlands.
