Jamie O’Hara has told TalkSPORT (Tuesday, 9.40am) that he believes Manchester City should consider a move for Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa, if Pep Guardiola leaves the Premier League heavyweights.
Guardiola has entered the final 12 months of his £290,000-a-week contract (Goal) and his future is certainly up in the air. It could be that his future at City could hinge on whether City win the Champions League or Premier League title.
Bielsa, meanwhile, is renowned for only agreeing a season-to-season contract. So, like Guardiola, he is only contracted at Leeds until next summer, though his future is less up for debate – given that is the way Bielsa works, and has done since joining Leeds.
Former Premier League midfielder O’Hara claims Manchester City could consider a move for the Leeds boss, with the Whites shining under the Argentine gaffer since Leeds returned to the Premier League.
