Jamie O’Hara has claimed on talkSPORT that Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus is ‘way better’ and Chelsea star Kai Havertz.

The Gunners head to Stamford Bridge to take on the Blues in what will be a tough game. Mikel Arteta’s men have been victorious in their last two visits to Chelsea, and the Spaniard would love a hat-trick this weekend.

O’Hara, who doesn’t really like Arsenal, is surprisingly adamant that the Gunners have better players in almost all areas of the pitch.

Jamie O’Hara says Arsenal star Gabriel Jesus is way better than Chelsea’s Kai Havertz

Arsenal are flying at the moment.

The Gunners have lost just one game in the Premier League since the start of the season and are currently on top of the table. They look like they can beat any side in the country at the moment, and O’Hara believes almost every Arsenal player in their starting XI is better than Chelsea’s.

The Tottenham-supporting pundit claimed on talkSPORT: “You can’t say Havertz because for me [Gabriel] Jesus is way better.

“Out of Mason Mount and Gabriel Martinelli, at the moment I’m taking Martinelli, Bukayo Saka over Raheem Sterling. Martin Odegaard, who gets in ahead of him? He’s fantastic. Cesar Azpilicueta has been a fantastic player over the years but I think Ben White is ahead of him right now.

“Everyone’s talking about Chelsea, who have spent a lot of money, £275million. They should be challenging for the title. I look at Arsenal’s team and it’s a better side. Arsenal have got to take great confidence going into the weekend.”

O’Hara then claimed that Thiago Silva would be the only Blues player who would get in if there was a combined Chelsea-Arsenal XI. Jesus, however, would be the main man up top.

If you had to pick one player between Jesus and Havertz, it has to be the Arsenal man – not just this season, but over the years as well.

The 25-year-old Brazilian, even though he was never really a regular for Manchester City, has always been a phenomenal footballer. He can play anywhere across the front three, works incredibly hard, can score goals, provide assists and even win games on his own at times.

He has well and truly lifted this Arsenal side since his arrival, and although he hasn’t scored a goal in his last eight appearances in all competitions, we think most fans would much rather have him in the side than Havertz, who has scored a goal less than Jesus in all competitions this term

The game on Sunday really will be an interesting one for both sets of fans, but if Jesus really turns up, Arsenal should be able to pick up all three points quite comfortably.
