Jamie O’Hara reacted on Twitter to Tottenham losing 3-0 to Manchester City

Jamie O’Hara was left ripping into Tottenham after Saturday’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester City on Saturday.

Spurs were beaten comprehensively at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League fixture by current leaders Man City, who in many people’s eyes are on course for the title.

The North London club were undone by goals from Rodri and Ilkay Gundogan (two) to leave them eighth in the league table.

Jose Mourinho’s side have now lost five of their last six matches across all competitions, but have little time to dwell with the Europa League returning next week with the knockout rounds.

O’Hara claimed on Twitter that the Spurs team looked like individuals in the Man City loss and wasn’t impressed.

He also added that they should “break the bank” to sign a player that can fill the number 10 position, something they’ve not really replaced since Christian Eriksen’s sale.

TBR View:

There are a lot of talented English number 10s playing in the Premier League, but to sign one of them would cost a fortune.

It’s a hugely worrying situation right now for Spurs and it’s a fair assessment that they could do with signing some extra firepower in attack to ease the burden off Harry Kane, as well as teammate Heung-Min Son.

But the goalkeeper position is another area that may need to be addressed.

Club captain Hugo Lloris, 34, was once again fragile in the Spurs goal against Man City and he looks miles off the standard he’s previously set.
