Jamie O’Hara has told TalkSPORT (Tuesday, 8.40am) that West Ham United may fail to earn a single Premier League point by November as David Moyes’ side continues to struggle – and discussed the potential signing of Burnley star James Tarkowski.
West Ham have suffered two defeats in their first two Premier League games, though the 2-1 loss to Arsenal on Saturday evening was a much better performance than the 2-0 home defeat to Newcastle United.
The Hammers are yet to bring in any signings this summer other than a permanent deal for Tomas Soucek, despite desperately needing additions at right-back, left-back, centre-back and then elsewhere.
BBC Sport claimed earlier this month that West Ham had tabled a third bid worth £30million for Tarkowski, and it remains to be seen if such a move will go through. O’Hara, though, thinks West Ham will struggle and commented on Tarkowski.

“Is Tarkowski the quality they need? They need more, I think he will help but more is needed,” O’Hara said. “They’ve sold good players like Diangana, but they will be definitely be struggling.
