Jamie O’Hara has predicted that Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino won’t last the season – and there has been a mixed response to his comments from some of the club’s supporters on Twitter.
Pochettino has seen his side make a mixed start to the new season and they certainly haven’t been anywhere near their fluent attacking best.
After beating Aston Villa on the opening day in a comeback win, they drew away to Manchester City and lost 1-0 at home to Newcastle United.
Spurs are yet to hit top gear in the Premier League, while the decision to drop Jan Vertonghen from the XI has raised eyebrows and Christian Eriksen’s future is a topical discussion.
They are currently preparing for the North London derby at the weekend away at Arsenal and it’s always a colossal fixture, but it seems even more important as it will show the gap between the teams.
Ex-Spurs player O’Hara isn’t convinced by Pochettino and is tipping him to potentially depart during this season.
“I think he could walk, I don’t think he’ll last the season. I think the way he’s being at the moment in his interviews and the way he’s acting and the whole situation going on behind the scenes there, I don’t think he’s happy,” O’Hara told talkSPORT.

Pochettino confirmed (Evening Standard) after the Champions League final that he may have left if they had not been beaten by Liverpool, which was an alarming comment for fans to hear.
But he’s still at the helm and any talk about a potential departure has no real substance.
Spurs did spend in the summer with signings like Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon, while Jack Clarke also arrived before being loaned out to Leeds United.
A selection of fans responded to O’Hara comments about Pochettino by saying it’s a wild prediction that won’t come true, while others
