Liverpool legend Jadon Sancho has suggested Jadon Sancho would be ‘a no-brainer’ for the Reds, amid reports he will leave Borussia Dortmund this summer.
Sky in Germany claimed on Wednesday that the £100 million-rated winger will depart the Bundesliga outfit at the end of the season, with Chelsea and Manchester United both heavily linked.

Liverpool are also being mentioned and in the eyes of Carragher, club officials should not think twice about making an offer.
He said (Sky Sports Football Weekend Preview): “He’s an English player who I think will be desperate to come back, so I think he’ll be the hottest thing everyone in the Premier League will be looking to bring in.
“Will he be a hit? I think so. It’s a no-brainer, look at how well he has played in a top league with a top club under pressure. He’s playing week in, week out, his numbers are fantastic and his age is just perfect.”

Carragher reckons any signing of Sancho could see the club boast their next Raheem Sterling.
“If you think about the development of Raheem Sterling at Manchester City, it feels like something similar could happen,” he added.
“It feels like he could be the next Raheem Sterling in terms of goals and assists numbers.”
TBR’s view – Sancho could make Liverpool unstoppable
Were Liverpool to beat the competition and land Sancho this summer, then it could genuinely signal a period of dominance for the Reds.

A reshuffle would probably be required in order to get Sancho into the side – perhaps Roberto Firmino would drop slightly deeper and Mo Salah would play as a striker, with Sancho wide right.
But it’s as Carragher says, a player of his current level, and potential to become world-class, surely makes him a no-brainer, especially if the club can afford a deal.
Jurgen Klopp has never raided his old club for a player, but Sancho would be a very satisfactory first buy.
