James Rodriguez has made a fantastic start at Everton, and reports in Spain have suggested club members at Real Madrid are dismayed with his current form.
The Colombia international is wowed for the Toffees after completing his move from the European heavyweights, which actually didn’t cost Everton a penny in terms of a transfer fee.

The star has contributed three goals and four assists in his first six appearances and was man of the match against Tottenham Hotspur, West Bromwich Albion, Crystal Palace and Brighton.
He is already a firm fan favourite at Goodison Park, but not everybody is enjoying what the South American is doing right now.
AS have reported that Rodriguez’s explosive start has set alarm bells ringing at Real Madrid, with questions being asked of Zinedine Zidane for his treatment of the player and happiness to let him go.
Supposedly there were figures behind the scenes that always felt convinced of Rodriguez’s quality, and their feeling of regret intensifies every time he plays well – which, so far, has been every game.
TBR’s View – All the sweeter for Everton
This reported stance from some of Real Madrid’s club members is bound to make the Rodriguez coup all the sweeter for Everton.

It is still a mystery really why the player just wasn’t fancied by Zidane, but Everton won’t care one bit.
He’s a Toffee now, and Europe simply has to be a genuine possibility with him in their ranks.
