As James Milner enters into the final months of his Liverpool contract, set to run until the summer of 2019 according to the Daily Mail, Liverpool fans can relax when they see the form of 22-year-old Marko Grujic.
The young Serbian is on loan at Hertha BSC, where he has started every game he has been fit for since making his debut in late August, becoming the lynchpin of the Bundesliga side.
Grujic impressed at Cardiff City as the Welsh side earned promotion from the Championship last season and BBC Sport say that Neil Warnock was keen to bring the midfielder back this season.

Milner’s future remains up in the air at Anfield as the season nears a close and it is yet to be seen if the Reds will make a new contract offer to the former England international.
They will be pleased to have Grujic’s impressive form to know that there is a reliable alternative to fall back on, even if Jurgen Klopp opted to loan him out in favour of Milner this season.
The next few months could be decisive for both the veteran and the youngster, whose futures could depend upon Milner’s form in the run-in.
